Throughout the entire selling process, John was amazing! His responsiveness, knowledge, and enthusiasm are the top three attributes that stood out most about him. John offered great insight into the market, was full of information about the sales process, and truly acted as an advisor and confidant every step of the way. His team of professionals was equally responsive as well - from his handyman, stager, title company, and home inspector - all the key players for my transaction. Whether communicating via text, phone, or email - John quickly and thoroughly answered all of my questions, communicated all key information without delay, and did an awesome job of being supportive of my goals for the sale. We had a great experience buying our home in Lafayette with John. He's super knowledgeable about the Lamorinda area, well-connected and well-liked by other agents, and just great to work with. We appreciated how communicative John was always quick to reply to emails, calls, and texts.
